On the afternoon of August 18th, an industry exchange conference with the theme of "Digital Governance Enterprises and Strong Power" was held in our company. More than 70 representatives of enterprises and industry scholars and experts gathered together to exchange, learn, and share experiences, and jointly explore the path of enterprise digital transformation.

This exchange meeting was guided by Quanzhou Industry and Information Technology Bureau and Quanzhou Small and Medium sized Enterprise Public Service Platform, hosted by Fujian Kaisi Yunju Technology Co., Ltd., and co organized by Quanzhou Food Association, Kingdee Software (China) Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Fada Network Technology Co., Ltd.

At the exchange meeting, Mr. Chen Yong'an, the Financial Director of Anji, stated that by the end of 2022, Kaisi Technology and Anji Food had collaborated and successfully introduced the Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky ERP system. In just 42 days, from project launch to system official launch, a digital management system for research and development, planning, production, sales, procurement, quality, and finance processes was established, and integrated with Anji CRM and OA in both directions, Assist Anji Food in comprehensively improving the efficiency and decision-making ability of internal and external digital collaboration within the enterprise. In the future, Anji will continue to work together with Kaisi Technology to explore and promote digital transformation construction, injecting new strength into enterprises through technology.

Subsequently, the exchange meeting focused on three main themes: "Digital Governance Assistance, Methodology of Digital Transformation in the Food Industry", "Practical Sharing of Anji Food's Digital Transformation", and "Best Practice Case Sharing of Electronic Contracts". Anji Information Manager Zhang Haibin also shared replicable successful cases of Anji's digital transformation and upgrading in recent years.

During the meeting, we also arranged a tasting session for Anji fragrant curry dishes, prepared Anji product souvenirs for everyone, and took everyone to visit the company culture exhibition hall, allowing everyone to experience Anji's unique flavor and corporate culture from zero distance.
